Host Zach Gurick welcomes transformational leader Masati to explore how human potential longevity breaks down when people repeat past generational mistakes. Most individuals live far below their true capacity because they revolve through old patterns instead of evolving toward optimal healthspan. After surviving three separate near death experiences, Masati gained extraordinary insights into how the human spirit creates physical reality. He explains how spatial referencing helps you reset your nervous system, release emotional baggage, and access natural intelligence. Discover practical steps to shift out of autopilot mode so you can build vibrant physical vitality and spiritual clarity.

Reclaiming Human Potential Longevity With Masati
Our guest has one of those fascinating life stories we’ve ever featured on the show. Masati is an entrepreneur, a speaker, and the Founder of Xponential Intelligence, which is a transformational framework that helps people break free from limiting patterns, reduce stress, improve relationships, and unlock greater levels of fulfillment and performance. His work has impacted thousands of people around the world and has been featured on some of the most popular personal growth platforms there are.
What makes Masati’s story especially compelling is that it emerged from a series of near-death experiences that dramatically altered his perspective on life, purpose, and human potential. Since then, he has devoted his life to helping people move beyond fear, overcome emotional barriers, and experience a deeper sense of freedom and possibility.
Whether you’re curious about personal transformation, the connection between emotional well-being and physical health, finding greater purpose in the second half of life, or simply learning how to become more resilient in an increasingly stressful world, you’ll find this conversation both thought-provoking and inspiring. Settle in and join me as we explore what it means to truly live fully alive with Masati.

Masati, thank you so much for being with us. You’ve lived such a remarkable journey, and I’m excited to dive into a lot of that with you on this episode. I’m excited to learn from you and from your wisdom and experiences. Thank you so much for taking the time to be with us and share your experience with us. You have something so unique to share with our audience and with the world, so I’m grateful that we get to have you on. Thanks for being with us.
Thanks for having me.
I’d love to dive in. You’ve said that human beings often live far below their potential. For me, too, I’m always wanting to strive to meet my potential. I’m so curious about human potential and what is possible. If something’s possible for one person, then it’s possible for all of us. What are the biggest things that hold people back from living that full potential?
Breaking Past Revolving Patterns
What I do goes deep into the science of nature. The biggest thing that I see is that we keep repeating patterns of our past rather than evolving. It’s a circular path. We exit one door, and then we enter the same door. This is where we carry the same diseases as our parents. We age and, like our parents, repeat the same problems in our societies. If you look at it, we’re not evolving. We’re revolving. We’re doing the same thing over and over again. That’s what holds us back.
Technology increases. You look at technology and the level of wealth in the world, but we’ve got the highest rates of suicides, mental disorders, and diseases. You name it. Are we evolving as humans? We’re devolving as technology rises, and that shouldn’t happen. Humans should evolve along with the technology that’s coming forth.
If you look at nature, it’s always evolving. Spring comes around once a year, but spring isn’t the same spring as the last spring. Natural intelligence, pure source, God, or however you define it, that source goes, “What did we do last year? What was good? What was bad? Let’s fix it. Let’s get rid of the things that didn’t work and enhance the things that did.” It’s always an evolutionary process. It spirals upwards.
Humans have free will. One of the biggest things that holds us back is free will because we have a choice to tap into that natural intelligence, or we can do it our own way. Unfortunately, most of society has done it their own way. We’re way off track. We could accelerate so much more. The human potential that I talk about is real.
Deep inside, we always look at ourselves like, “I make a 7-figure or 8-figure income. I have fame and fortune.” Look at all those people who are famous. They’re empty inside. They’re not using their potential. That’s why they’re empty inside. Look at all those people who aren’t. They’re empty inside as well. That’s the key. When we’re sacrificing who we are as a person, as a life force, as a presence, or as a spirit to manifest physical abundance, that’s where the problem is. We don’t grow. We survive. I know that was a lot.
You used the word revolve. We’re repeating these patterns over and over. I’ve read that on a typical day, we repeat almost 95% of the thoughts we had the day before and the day before that. We’re going through the motions. We’re on autopilot, if you will. We’re repeating the same process over and over.
It’s not just the day before, but the generation before. A lot of times, most people turned into their parents, which turned into their parents, and so on. How many layers back do we go? Look at all the wars. Look at all the situations that are happening. It’s a revolving door. We never stop and think, “What happened today that was beneficial for me?”
Reprogramming Morning and Evening Habits
If somebody asked every night and every morning, “What happened today for me that was beneficial and could help me evolve to my purest possible self?” If you ask that every night when you go to bed, and then, “What do I need to activate, or what do I need to delete to become my purest possible self?” That way, we learn from the past.
In the morning, you wake up, and it’s like, “How can I take action on those things that shifted during the night while I was asleep?” A lot of things change chemically and space-time-wise in how you see realities and so on throughout the night. In the morning, it’s like, “What actions can I take? What self-talk can I take? What body posture can I take? How can I make physical daily changes?” It’s the minor changes that people make, not the massive changes. It’s the minor changes day by day that accumulate that make somebody who they are.
You have this unique wisdom. It seems like part of your mission is helping people to wake up from that reality that we’ve described of being on autopilot and repeating the same things generation after generation or day after day. I’d love to unpack this with you. How did you receive that wisdom? I know you’ve had three different near-death experiences.
It’s not every day I talk to someone who’s had a near-death experience. I’ve had a couple of people, I’m sure, that have, but you’ve had three. It seems like God was trying to open your eyes and help you to see things multiple times, even, which is so unique. Can you tell us about each of those experiences, and then what you learned from each?
You don’t need fixing. You simply need to remember your natural state of completeness.
To back up, there are a lot of near-death experiences that happen, but if people are not awake or not observing their life. It’s an extension of their experiences. That’s why a lot of people don’t awaken after near-death experiences. There are tens of thousands of people who have near-death experiences. They walk away with it, but they don’t get gifts or enhance themselves. A lot of times, they become too suicidal.
People like Anita Moorjani, who has got this fantastic book, Dying to Be Me, and those individuals who came back with amazing abilities learned a language. They learned great mathematical skills. They learned music. They healed themselves. That’s what I was slated for because before my first near-death experience, I was seeking real answers from God and going, “What is this life all about?” I was looking around. Religions gave you some of the answers, but not the deeper-level answers, or it was more a mental answer.
In terms of wealth, we were lucky. I grew up in a good family. We had a lot of dignitaries and people like my dad, who was a doctor, who had all the same problems that everybody else did. Wealth didn’t satisfy. Religion didn’t satisfy. I’m going, “What’s the component? Why are we here if not to suffer?” I wanted to know so bad that the universe goes, “Do you want to know?” I was like, “Yeah, I want to know.” That led me to my first near-death experience. It was like, “Here you go, your firsthand experience.”
I was a young kid in my twenties. It was a college job. I was unloading rail cars in a warehouse. I had my jaw crushed. The moving walls inside had my jaws crushed. I snapped out of my body, and I could see my body dangling from the rafters of the rail car. People go, “God, you would have been so scared.” It’s like, “No, because I had changed my reference point.” It wasn’t from the limited physical being of who we are, but I was seeing things from my spirit or my pure self. It was so beautiful that I didn’t even pay attention to the small portion, maybe 2% or 3%, of who we are.
Experiencing Pure Love and Cosmic Perspective
I went into what they call the tunnel of light. It’s not a life review where you did good, bad, and all that. It is where you relive your life. We’re living life, for example, as a preschooler, not knowing what to do in life and so on. When you relive it, I was living it at a PhD level. I understood why things happened the way they did, like why I got sick. Whatever happened, it wasn’t like, “I should have,” or, “I made a mistake.” It was like, “I can see why things happen the way they do.” It started to give me an understanding that the programs that we’re running, the patterns that we’re running, and the things that we inherited create the lives that we have.
That was the first near-death experience, helping us understand the possibilities and the love that we all seek. I felt it. It’s raw, pure love. In this reality, there are hundreds of different kinds of love. Most of it is a sacrificial type of love. That’s not the love that God experiences or gives you, but we create those. It’s pure, raw love. It even tears me up now. I was like, “That’s beautiful.”
Love is an output, so what is the mechanism that makes you feel that emotion? That was where I was in the first near-death. That mechanism has got to do with realities, time, and space. A lot of people try to change their minds, belief systems, and all that. What I do to help hundreds of thousands of people that I’ve worked on over the fourteen years is I don’t change their mindset or anything. I change where they render or where they create themselves in a dimension of time and space. There’s a version of you that’s already a better version out there, and I help you find it. That’s where people get amazing results with the work that I do.
That’s amazing. There are so many different places we could go from there. I love what you shared about the overwhelming raw love, and that there’s an output. That was the lesson you learned in that first near-death experience.
That love supports you. You get to go, “I’m pure potential. I’m not limited by diseases. I’m not limited by the concepts that we are so pounded into right off the bat.” You’re in your mom’s belly for nine months. That’s your first environment. That fetus is incubating in the environment. The traumas of the mother and the grandmother and all the things that that person holds are your environment. Your environment creates who you are. You’ve limited yourself right off the bat.
You’re born, and then whatever that was in that system or in your mom’s belly, you’re going to experience it firsthand, and you go, “That’s the way this reality works.” People accept that. They grow, and society teaches them that that’s the way reality works. It doesn’t. It’s very different. When a kid gets born, the mom and dad should be awake enough to go, “These are the things that we would experience, but it doesn’t mean that you have to go through it.”
What do most people do? Most people go, “Since I experienced it this way and I had to sacrifice all this way, you should be grateful for what we’ve gone through. We want you to go through the same process so you understand how much value we’ve given you,” which is a vicious cycle. You’re supposed to take that baton and go forward, but nobody does that in society. Parents don’t. Schools don’t. Governments don’t. It’s like, “You should go through the same pain and the same problems that we did so you understand it.” It’s like, “We took you this far. Here’s the baton. You go further into the possibilities of who we are,” but nobody does that. There’s that sacrificial pattern that society runs on.
This is super fascinating. Before we go on to your next one, I want to stay here for a second and understand how we can do that. I’m a father. I have three kids. I do that all the time. I find myself saying, “When I was your age, we had to do this.” We do that to ourselves. I have spoken to my parents that way. We do that almost subconsciously. How do we pass the baton? Ultimately, I want my kids to go far beyond what I have done.
That’s the key. I myself have six kids. I have beautiful kids, and I’ve learned a lot from them. Those kids, especially when they’re young and not tainted, have so much knowledge. They’re connected to the source that created them, however you define it. They’re closer. They haven’t been tainted. They don’t have filters of society and all that. I listen to my kids. I observe them. I meditate. Especially when they’re small, you watch them play, and they’re so fascinating. You can see the essence that’s in them. That’s one of the things, especially if you have young kids.
As you age, you want to share your experiences, and then you start to observe. It’s like, “That’s what I did. What am I going to teach my kids now?” I’m honest with my kids. I’m like, “These are the mistakes that I made.” You give them the details, and then it’s like, “These are the mistakes. Figure it out so you don’t have to make the same mistakes.” That’s what I tell them. I don’t tell them, “You do this. Since I did this, I’m going to discipline you,” because they don’t learn anything from it.
You aren’t bound by past genetic limits when you access your core timeless blueprint.
Passing the Problem Solving Baton to Children
The mistakes that I made, there’s a ton of them. The cool thing about me is that I learn fast. I made a lot of mistakes in life, but I didn’t make the same mistake over and over again, which most people do. They marry the same types of people. They get into the same types of situations. That’s the key. You pass how you solved the things that you did or the mechanism of what you solved. You pass that on, not necessarily the experiences.
It works out better. They’re problem-solvers. I work on tens of thousands of kids with ADD, ADHD, those who have suicidal patterns, and all that, and I set them straight in a very short time. They want to be problem solvers, but most of the time, their parents tell them what to do. They’re like, “You have to do this.” They’re trying to fit them in a mold. It doesn’t work that way. If you’re a parent, you give them the freedom to express themselves and problem solve. They become strong adults at a very young age.
I love that. You had your first near-death experience when you were in your twenties. How long from that time to your second?
About twenty-ish years. I was in my mid-40s. In between, I got married, I was highly successful, and I had all the toys. I had a small yacht, a million-dollar home, and all that. It was probably the hardest time of my life because I had everything. This is where a lot of my clients suffer. It’s like, “Now that I have everything, why do I still feel ragged? Why am I feeling incomplete?” People go, “It’s the money.” I looked at where I was before, when I didn’t have money, and I was still not as complete. It always kept going back to my first near-death. It’s like, “Everything was so perfect there. If I could bring that knowledge from there to here, what could I do?” I wanted it so bad.
Back in the day, I was a computer programmer. I worked on databases and database design. I had my own business. We were on a cruise. You know how they get off on cruises and do all those experiences. It was an intertubing trip. I had my kids and my wife at the time. This was a drowning. The universe knew that I was drowning, or this is what was going to happen. We were in the jungles of Belize, and we were getting ready to get in. First of all, everybody had life jackets, but they ran out when it came to me.
The universe sets it up if you allow it to. If you are earnest, if you are honest in your heart, if you’re true, and you go, “I want to know how to bring that reality here,” the universe pays attention to you. If you want to call it God, it doesn’t matter. They listened, and it was like, “The best way to do that is to have a near-death.” It accelerates you to higher levels of consciousness.
The second near-death was a training ground. It was like a university for me. The first one allowed me to understand that it is possible. The second allowed me to go, “This is how you do it.” We were in the jungle, and I didn’t have a life jacket. We got into the river. It was the rainy season, so the river was quite fast. The guide goes, “You want to stay together with the group. Otherwise, you might get pulled into other tributaries of the river.” As soon as we heard that, we left.
Right before that, I noticed that when you’re in the jungle, there are birds and monkeys howling, but as soon as we got in, everything was dead silent. It was like a movie set where everything was silent. Nothing happened. I’m going, “It’s silent here. Why?” The universe knows. Nature knows what’s happening. It’s alert.
We got in, and as soon as we stepped in, I had to adjust my feet somehow. I went one way, and the group went the other way. I got sucked into a big hole in the river. A cenote is what they call it. I got pulled inside the earth. It was probably a lava tube back then that’s now part of the river. I got sucked into that lava tube.
I tried to crawl out. I was trying to hold on, but the water pressure of a tunnel this big is a lot of water pressure, so I couldn’t crawl out. I’m going down, and I’m like, “This is it.” You say goodbye to your kids and everything. The thought that passed was like, “ I always thought I’d live longer than this to see my kids grow. I guess not.”
I separated from my body. I sat there in the tunnel in my spirit, and I watched my body float down into the earth. As the body disappeared, I went through the water and then into a beautiful blue space. I saw the tunnel of light shining through. It was gorgeous. I snapped into this gorgeous blue space. In that blue space, everything that you ever wanted to know, as Einstein says it, all the things happening, everything was there for you. It wasn’t linear. I was like, “Everything’s here.” It was beautiful. It’s like you had access to everything. If you want to know something about something, it gets downloaded in your mind.
I went a couple of steps further and felt like I was beyond the veil, where you’re not supposed to come back once you go past that. Even when you die and you separate, you have a consciousness in human form. That’s what you’ve been used to. I went past that where I did not have any form at all. It was just consciousness. It was like being in a universe of everything, and you’re part of it.
There is no form. There is no identity, but an awareness. That awareness was so still, and it was out of space and time. There was no space and time where spirits exist. I sat there, and I’m going, “This is so beautiful.” You know pretty much everything because you are everything. Somehow, a voice comes in. It’s like, “It’s beautiful here, isn’t it?” I was like, “It’s beautiful.” You want to stay here forever. It’s like, “You have that choice. You can stay here,” or if you think, “As soon as I can go back, you can.” Somehow, I blacked out.
I found myself about 100 yards above where I got sucked into. Somebody loves me up there. They probably picked me up, pulled me out, and reset me. It’s like a game where they were like, “Let’s put you back here.” I don’t know how I got out of the tunnel or anything like that. That part I still don’t know, but there was divine intervention. I’m going, “Thank you.” Somebody loves me up there.

How long were you in that state? Do you know?
I was underwater for 8 to 10 minutes, according to the people around me at the time. I wasn’t drowning or anything like that. My fingernails were bloody from trying to crawl out, but it was so euphoric. I didn’t care. I was like, “Wow.” When you see the light of God and come back to tell about it. It’s not scary, but it’s so unbelievable. There’s so much beauty and grace at that level. It resonates with you.
You mentioned to me before that when you came back from that, you had these abilities that you didn’t have before. Can you tell us a little bit about that? How were you able to help out?
The first one allowed me to have future vision, not psychic abilities because it’s a little different. I could look at somebody, and it’s like, “They’re having problems,” or, “They’re going to get into an accident,” or things of that nature. The second near-death experience allowed me to go deeper into that. I wanted to know how to change or reprogram my life. I didn’t want to live like my parents. They are great people, but I wanted to be a better version of them. I didn’t want to have the problems of diseases or society’s patterns. That’s the one I was wishing for this time, and the universe answered my prayers. It was like, “This is how we do it.”
Accessing the Universal Database
When I was in that beautiful blue space, they downloaded me the information. With that space, I am connected to that knowledge. I call it the universal database that this reality works on. I can access that place almost instantaneously. I’ve done it sometimes. It took me only about 3 or 4 years after that experience to understand that I have abilities.
Jesus went through the dark nights of the soul. You start to understand. What you’re comprehending is like, “What’s happening here in the physical realm does not match what should be happening.” That’s the dark night of the soul. How do you get out of here and operate from this level of your higher self? You have to let go of all the sins or distortions of who you are to access that information. That’s how you become a clear conduit or a vessel for knowledge to come into you. It’s not knowledge that you hold in your head. It’s knowledge that you are. You resonate with that knowledge.
It’s like having an internet connection. I can scan you and see your lifeline or what you’ve gone through. It’s not in a psychic way, but more of an algorithm. AI is very accurate. If you gave a paragraph that you wrote yourself to AI, and it’s like, “Read me.” It will come back with a pretty accurate scenario on who you are. It doesn’t even know the words or the meanings. It’s how you put the things together, the algorithm.
I don’t need you to give me a paragraph. I don’t need to see your picture or anything like that. You can go, “Tell me about my mom,” or whatever. I could read that through you. I see people’s frequencies, not energy, because that’s a different layer of frequencies. When your spirit renders a physical body, your soul, so to speak, to put it in religious terminology, there’s science behind it. Most people understand that label.
In how your spirit or how you’ve created yourself into physical form, what were the ingredients of that? I can see that. I do not only see it, but also help you change the meaning that you take away from it. This is where people who had traumatic experiences, like sexual abuse, psychological abuse, or whatever it is in childhood.
I can’t help change what happened because that’s written in time or physically bound, but you can take away what happened and put a different meaning on it. It helps you understand why things happened the way they did, so you can walk away from it and heal yourself at a deeper level. Also, you can change the pattern once you understand it so it never happens to you again. That’s what we do. It’s very fast.
A quick transformation is what you’re saying.
Usually, 1 or 2 sessions. Fifteen or twenty minutes is probably decades’ worth of therapy. There are tons of testimonials on my website, TheXICode.com. People have amazing changes. I don’t create the changes. I’m not a creator of the changes. I’m the advisor or the facilitator that goes, “This is what you’re supposed to run like. This is who you are now.” Once they realize that, they start to remember who they should be.
After those experiences, which you said were 3 to 4 years later, is that when you started this work, The XI Code? Can you tell us a little bit about that? You’re telling us about it, but when someone comes to you, how do you begin that process? What does working with you look like?
Back in the day, we used to do conferences, seminars, and things of that nature. They were more like spiritual and religious-type conferences. We still do but now, more and more, it’s into science. It has gone into AI, helping solve problems and so on. When somebody comes to me, usually, it’s a referral. They’ve tried everything else. Usually, if they’re ill, they’ve gone to so many doctors, and they can’t figure out what’s going on. I don’t claim to cure anybody, but we can get down to the basics of why things happen the way they do.
Real transformation starts when you step outside limited physical reference points.
In a group setting, there are a lot of online meditations that people do. I call them hypermeditations. They can listen to a group, and they massively change. In a one-on-one session, we connect. You can tell me about your issue. Most people have a surface-level issue with why their life is the way it is, but I can drill down to get to the core-level issue of why their life is the way it is very quickly. You don’t have to tell me anything.
Most people are in referrals because it has worked so well. That’s how we’ve grown. You can go, “Mas, can you help me out?” I can read you and see what’s going on with you. I can see what your drag is or what’s stopping you from living the life that you are living and also edit it. It sounds crazy, but my accuracy is about 99.9%. The thing is, it’s not just me. This is the way we’re supposed to be as humans. That’s the potential.
You’re unlocking that potential.
Most people feel that potential, but they can’t unlock it. They think it’s success or helping people and all that. It’s not. Once you unlock it, though, success becomes worthy and helping others becomes worthy. I’m not a savant type, or out of the blue, or one in a billion. We all have these abilities. I just learned how to unlock it.
That’s amazing. Thank you for sharing that. You also mentioned before we started your third near-death experience. How long between number 2 and number 3 was it? That helped you. You said you rewrite the genetic code a little bit or even remove some of those things that would cause disease.
That happened in my 60s. The first one was at an apprentice level. It was understanding the concepts of the trade, so to speak. The second is about the journeyman level, where you start to know your trade. I’ve worked on a couple hundred people a day in conferences one after another, and they walk out. The five minutes or so that I spend with them, they’re like, “That was life-changing.” People’s back fields and all that stuff. After 100,000 client sessions and so on, I got to be very proficient in what I do.
The third near-death became more of a mastery level where you own the gift of who you are. People say that when I walk into a room, for example, people can feel my presence. Sometimes, they might get intimidated by my presence, but it’s not necessarily me. It’s their distortions. At that level where you start to own it, or if you want to go higher, you have to be a cleaner vessel for your body to hold on to that much purity or that much knowledge. Disease is not a pure vessel. Idiosyncrasies and so on.
You have to be aligned with the physics of natural intelligence, how nature runs, and how planetary systems run. That was the hardest, the third near-death. I was in Peru. We were doing an event there. It was around COVID time, so I might’ve had COVID as well, which probably accelerated it. We were on a hike. I felt fantastic all day, but then towards the evening, I kept getting slower. It was a five-minute walk to our hotel, and it took me two hours because I had to rest every couple of steps. I don’t know what was going on.
I was rushed to the hospital when I got to the hotel. My body temperature was around 90-ish, maybe 92 or 93, which is dangerous. I was hallucinating. My son was there. I was in the ER. They had taken an MRI of my brain because, due to the altitude up there. I might have brain vessels that burst. When they took it the first time around, my brain was like mush, like I had died. That was after I passed. Then, they took it another time, and it was pristine. It was like the brain of a 25-year-old, not a 60-year-old. I’m going, “What happened?”
At that time, I zoned out. When I crossed this time, I was hovering over my body. I could see my son holding me down. He was crying. It’s still sad to think about that even now. I went into bliss. What happened was that all my minerals were so low somehow. When I came back, it took me about 6 to 7 months of recuperating, which was the hardest. In that time, my abilities got stronger, but my body changed. I started looking younger.
I was looking younger, better, and brighter, but I’d go in peaks. I would be like, “This is great,” and then another crash. I was like, “What’s going on?” At that time, my heart, my circulation, and everything got more pristine. They took tests. My heart in the beginning, and then my heart later on, it was like, “How’s that happening?” I don’t know. It was a process of healing. This is what I help people with as well. I wouldn’t call it reverse aging, but aging properly where you don’t have to age as your parents and society dictate you to.
We have a few minutes left together. When you think about helping someone release that emotional baggage or those things that hold us back from those distortions that hold us back from living fully or living our potential, what’s the first step? For someone who’s been reading this who wants to reprogram or unlock that potential. How do we get started doing that? How do we let go of some emotional baggage or those patterns that hold us back?
For me, I can do it a lot faster like a kid. You might take hours on a computer, and then your kid goes, “Let me do it for you.” I could do it a lot faster, but if you want to do it on your own, you have to go beyond the brain because the brain is not who you are. You have to tap into that intelligence that rendered or created you before you had a brain or before you were a single cell. There was an intelligence that created you there. There was a blueprint. You could call it your spirit or whatever. I would call it a template.
That intelligence is what I help you access. You can do that on your own by becoming an observer of your life. Most people try meditation, prayer, and all these things, but all those things are within the confines of the brain. To move away from the confines of the brain, you have to see how your brain processes your reality that you think is real.
Stop repeating past cycles. True growth happens when you choose evolution over old habits.
The first step is to become aware that you’re creating a reality based on your genetics, generational patterns, like Baby Boomers, Gen Z, and Gen X, societal patterns, like when you were born, and then also your life history. You start to become aware of those four ingredients, and it’s like, “What pattern am I running? Why am I doing this?” You start asking, “Is this habit, mindset, or belief system mine, or am I running my parents’ patterns?”
Understanding Spatial Referencing for Mental Clarity
I call it spatial referencing. It’s super easy, which your audience can do. It’s so easy that you might laugh at it, but people have gone off their psychotic medications doing this. It’s called spatial referencing. All you have to do, which is so simple, is to notice an object. There’s a picture in front of me. Notice the object and then a rough distance. It’s over there compared to my collarbone. It’s the object, and then a point on your body. It helps you render how you see reality.
Do that with all your five senses. Notice the sounds around you. Notice the tonality, the distance, where they’re coming from, and then a point on your body. Notice the touch. Notice the gentle breeze. Notice your clothes on your skin. Most people wear their clothes, and they’re not even aware of it, if you think of it. Pay attention sometimes. If you’ve got earrings on, hair, or whatever, notice it touching your skin. You’ll start to feel like, “I’m here.” It tells you that you’re here in this reality. You start to go, “I’m in this reality,” and then start to become aware of how you’re rendering or creating the reality and why.
That alone helps people stabilize themselves. Especially if you’ve got ADD, anxiety, and even PTSD. There’s another system that operates beyond your mind. It’s the autonomic nervous system. Your autonomic nervous system runs your heart and the thousands of other processes that you don’t even think about. There’s another system between your spirit and you that renders you here and tells you, “You are here.” That is the key component. The best way to do it is the object first and then a point on your body. I know it sounds weird. When you walk into a room, look around you, and then a point on your body.
Most people do it the other way around, especially those who are empathic. They walk into a room, and they scatter their attention everywhere. They pick up frequencies of other people or the situation that might’ve happened in that room instead of doing the reverse. It’s almost like a laser light effect. It points everything back at you, and you get to see how you’re rendering and why you’re seeing things the way they are. It’s quite beautiful and simple.
You can do it anywhere, right?
Yes, anytime.
Thanks for sharing that little practice with us. It’s practical. If they want to connect with you or learn more, they can get a lot more content from your YouTube channel, @XIMasati. Your primary website where people can connect with you is TheXICode.com.
XI stands for Xponential Intelligence.
You have group meditations, but also one-on-one.
If you go to The XI Code, you can sign up for a newsletter. We don’t send out your email to anybody. You can get two free meditations, the AM and PM meditations, which are powerful. It helps people sleep a lot better and calmer. It’s like a morning routine. It’s not a replacement, but a lot of people don’t even need coffee, accelerants, or anything like that to motivate themselves to get back into life. It sets them up properly for the day. Those are free, and they’re very powerful.
That comes every day.
It’s one download. You repeat that pattern, and it helps you.
Thanks for that. I feel like we’re scratching the surface on some of the knowledge and wisdom that you hold. We’ll have to have you back another time.

I would love it. You’re a great host.
If there’s one thing that you wanted to leave our audience with, what would you say to them as a way of encouragement? Is there anything you want to share?
Reclaiming Your Complete Inner Self
The biggest thing that I’ve seen from working with tens of thousands of people is that people think that they’re broken, and they’re not. They’re trying to fix themselves outside of themselves. They’re like, “If I make more money, or if I go do this, I’ll be okay.” What we do is help you remember that you’re not broken. You’re complete. You just forgot who you are.
It was fascinating, enlightening, and fun to learn from you. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
TheXICode.com or @XIMasati is a good place to dive a little deeper. Thank you so much for being with us. It’s a gift.
Thanks for having me.

What a fascinating conversation with Masati. There are a number of things that stuck out to me from our conversation. First of all, it’s not every day you get to talk to somebody who had multiple near-death experiences, or even one near-death experience. He has experienced that multiple times and learned more each time. It’s like an evolution of that.
We also talked about how many of us are, instead of evolving as people, revolving. I like that word that he used. We repeat patterns that are generational, societal, and genetic. We live over and over the same pattern. How do we break out of that, reprogram our minds, and reprogram our lives to unlock that potential that lies within all of us? That’s what he’s helping people do.
He shared a few practical things that we could do to get started on that. One is writing down what happened, what we can activate, and what we can delete, and then in the morning, how we can take action on those things to make a difference. He shared a spatial referencing practice with us of becoming aware of something or noticing an object, and then giving it a reference point on our own body. How we find ourselves in this reality within this space that we’re in.
It is becoming aware of that and how that impacts us. He also did a little bit of work with me afterwards after we stopped recording. I can say from my own experience that it’s very fascinating the way that he’s able to understand the things that are going on in someone’s life or maybe that they’ve dealt with throughout their lives and the patterns there. He has a unique ability.
You can check out his work and do a deeper dive if you want @XIMasati for some additional content, and then go to his website, TheXICode.com. That’s where you can connect with him as well. You can download his AM and PM meditations there. That’s a free gift that you can utilize as well. Check it out and do a little deeper dive if you want to. Thanks so much for tuning in. I hope that this sparked some interesting thoughts and maybe motivated you to take some additional action to unlock that potential that lies within all of us. We’ll see you back here next time.
