FORT MYERS, Fla. ( September 26 , 2013)
Shell Point Retirement Community will host its annual Fall Open House on Thursday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Fall Open House will offer visitors the chance tour the community in a relaxed atmosphere, with refreshments and fun for all. This event is free and open to the public.
“Shell Point offers a variety of amenities along with excellent health care, and it is such a beautiful place to live,” said Lynn Schneider, assistant vice president of marketing and communications for Shell Point. “We want to invite the public to come out and learn more about Shell Point, as well as to see the many features of our community that are available to the general public.”
The Open House will include tours of decorated models located in the Island and Woodlands neighborhoods, where retirement counselors will be on hand to answer specific questions and present seminars explaining Shell Point’s lifestyle with lifecare model for retirement. There will be question-and-answer sessions after each presentation. “Visitors will receive a program with the schedule of events and locations when they arrive. This way they can pick and choose what they want to see while they are on our campus,” said Schneider.
