New furnished model available for touring at Shell Point
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Nov. 15, 2023) – Shell Point has introduced a beautifully furnished new model residence in the community’s Island neighborhood, showcasing upgraded fixtures and finishes and interior design by Norris Furniture & Interiors.
The open-concept, one-bedroom, one-bath Cellana model features white Shaker-style cabinetry and an island for storage, topped with grey-marbled quartz countertops. A glass tile backsplash in soft shades of blue and grey complements brushed stainless appliances.
Anchored with oak laminate flooring and neutral furnishings, living areas are enhanced with colorful accessories, including an indigo-striped accent chair, vibrant wall art, and a cobalt blue chest. Linen, chenille, and wicker add textural interest, and a modern crystal and chrome chandelier illuminates the dining space.
