Healthy Living Coordinators

Get help navigating our care with confidence. Your assigned Healthy Living Coordinator will make referrals, follow-up on any hospital visits, and coordinate your care if your needs change. They also lead a variety of helpful support groups and provide in-depth education.

The Village Nurse

When you need help with a pressing medical concern or simply want the reassurance of speaking with a trusted advisor and friend, our Village Nurse is here to help. This complimentary on-campus resource is available after normal business hours, providing convenient support at no charge.

Pharmacy

Our on-site pharmacy, located on the first floor of the Larsen Health Center, provides medications, vitamins, wellness items, and durable medical equipment. Home delivery services are provided at no charge within Shell Point.

Private Duty Care

Whether you need a little extra help or more consistent support, private duty caregivers can provide companionship, personal care, or help with everyday tasks. You’ll have support to live comfortably and confidently.

Home Health Care

Shell Point’s Medicare-certified home health services bring care directly to your home. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and nursing services are delivered by experienced professionals, supporting your recovery and rehabilitation.

The Arbor

Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences overlook serene views of nature preserves in the Woodlands.

A covered patio with a pool is one of the unique features of this community located in Shell Point’s Waterside neighborhood.

Skilled Nursing

The Larsen Health Center offers a welcoming, supportive setting for both recovery and ongoing care. With private rooms and a full range of clinical services, you will receive attentive nursing care and post-operative support. 

Rehabilitation

We offer both inpatient and outpatient therapy services delivered by an experienced team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists. A dedicated occupational therapy suite and indoor aqua therapy pool further distinguish our rehabilitation program.

Larsen Health Center offers rehabilitation for orthopedics, cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and other specialties, including stroke and memory care, dysphagia, pain management, low vision, and vestibular therapy.
