The Ultimate Biohack: OsteoStrong And The Future Of Bone Health With Mackenzie McMahon

I’m really excited about this episode because we are interviewing my friend Mackenzie McMahon, who is the Owner and Operator of an OsteoStrong location. OsteoStrong is an amazing, groundbreaking company that was introduced and developed by Dr. John Jaquish who was trying to find a way to heal his mom’s osteoporosis and he did that.

He’s a biomedical engineer and he came up with this amazing solution that has now healed thousands and thousands of people all around the world. We’re going to learn about OsteoStrong and how that can heal our bones with osteopenia or osteoporosis but also just make us stronger and healthier regardless of where we are in our fitness journey. It’s an amazing episode filled with amazing insights and I’m excited to share OsteoStrong with you all.

Fully Alive: Unlocking the secrets to your healthier, happier, longer life - Zach Gurick | Mackenzie McMahon | OsteoStrong

Mackenzie, thank you so much for being here with us. It’s really a privilege to have you on the show.

Absolutely. Thank you for having me. It’s an honor.

Exploring The Benefits Of OsteoStrong Sessions

I’m really excited for our guests to learn about OsteoStrong and the amazing things that you guys are doing. I know I’ve had the privilege of actually going through an OsteoStrong session and the amazing benefits I’ve experienced personally, but walk us through what happens in a typical session at OsteoStrong.

Our clients come once a week. It’s a really quick session, super-efficient. Our technology is groundbreaking, so you really only need to come in once a week. Every time you come in for your OsteoStrong session, you work one-on-one with a session coach and every session starts off on a whole-body vibration plate. Vibration therapy has an incredible influence on muscle activation, hormonal health flexibility, bone mineral density, just to name a few things.

Vibration therapy has an incredible influence on muscle activation, hormonal health, flexibility, and bone mineral density, among other things. Share on X

After that, we’ll do just 1 to 2 minutes of stretching. We’ll always guide you through a stretching routine. After that, we guide you through each one of our four OsteoStrong devices. Each one of these machines are designed to build optimal bone and muscle growth in a specific part of your body. It targets, really isolates each part of your body.

First you’ll go through the first machine, which is the upper growth trigger that’s designed to build optimal bone and muscle growth in the whole upper body, so your wrist, elbow, shoulder, clavicle, pectoral muscles. What’s cool about this machine is that we put you in the perfect form to basically mimic the position if you were to trip and fall.

In a perfect world, of course, it doesn’t always happen this way. Your body is designed to catch you in a specific form at a 120-degree angle to be specific. We’ll always start training our clients in that angle to prevent any injuries in their elbow joints if they were to fall. It also helps improve their reaction time if they were to trip and fall as well. First, we do the upper body, then we’ll go to the lower growth trigger. This one focuses on strengthening your hips, knees, and ankles. I can get into some of the benefits of each machine or do you want me to go through?

Maybe just go through an overview and then we’ll dive a little deeper.

We go to the lower grill trigger. You’re really only on each machine for 30 seconds, which is awesome. It’s a really slow movement. Second machine, again, focuses on the hips, knees, and ankles. The third machine, which I personally have a love-hate relationship with, this is the core growth trigger. It strengthens your deep abdominals and your rib cage.

Our coaches will bring you through the last machine, which is designed to build bone and muscle growth in your spine, your back muscles, help improve your posture, hand grip strength, and your forearm strength. After that, that’s the last of the four OsteoStrong devices. We go back onto the vibration plate and we work on balance to end every session. That’s the basic OsteoStrong session.

How OsteoStrong Biohacking Triggers Muscle Growth

You guys call it the ultimate biohack. When I was there, I did the machines for literally five seconds each. It seems amazing that that can actually trigger, like you said, the bone density growth, the muscle mass increases. What’s the actual mechanism? How does it actually work at the cellular level to trigger that increase?

I like to say OsteoStrong is the closest thing to a magic wand. The magic just takes a little bit of time to fully blossom into something. On the machines, it’s all static movement, which is pretty cool. Everything about OsteoStrong goes along with Wolf’s Law, which basically proved over time, if you apply a certain amount of force and impact onto your bones, they’ll naturally strengthen themselves to be able to take on that force again.

OsteoStrong is the closest thing to a magic wand, but the magic just takes a little bit of time to fully blossom into something. Share on X

On each machine, as a client, you get your own personal profile. It has your weight, height, age, everything completely personalized to you. The machines actually give you biofeedback on each one of them. They’ll tell you how many pounds of force you’re producing, which, just by nature, we’re able to produce a lot more force than we can lift weight.

Each of the machines are in a static movement. We put you in this perfect form that your body is designed to absorb high impact. It’s just so quick. What you do is you take a deep breath. You slowly press onto the machine. Once our coach can see that you’re at the highest amount of force that your body is capable of producing in that position, we’ll have you hold that force for five seconds. Holding that force is really where all the magic happens.

We’re bringing our body to like an in an uncomfortable environment. What our brain is always designed to do is to protect ourself from something it’s unaware of or unfamiliar with. What’s happening in those five seconds is your brain is, once you hit the specific threshold and force that’s needed to strengthen bone, your body will start triggering osteogenesis, the development of new bone tissue.

During that five seconds, that hold is so important because it’s bringing your brain into just this environment where it’s like, “What’s going on? I need to be able to protect myself if this force were to come at me again.” It stimulates osteogenesis and also myofibril development, which will increase the density of your muscle cells as well.

That makes sense. It’s, “If this force has happened to me once, it could happen to me again, so I better get stronger.” That’s what triggers that growth pattern.

It’s like a similar adaption. It’s an adaptive response that your brain is having. Similar to if you were to go into a heated environment, your brain doesn’t know I’m not going to be here for a long time. It just knows I’m in a heated environment. I’m not going to survive as long as I would’ve in a regular temperature, so I need to trigger sweat to cool myself down naturally. It’s a natural adaption that’s done based on the environment that we put our body in.

The Creator Behind OsteoStrong’s Revolutionary Machines

The creator of OsteoStrong discovered this and built these machines for this purpose, essentially.

Basically, Dr. John Jaquish is the inventor of OsteoStrong. He’s a biomedical engineer. A very smart guy. He created OsteoStrong for his mother, actually. She had developed osteoporosis and she just really didn’t want to go on any of the medication. It wasn’t really working for her. Her doctor basically said, “Don’t do anything else for the rest of your life. You’ll fracture yourself if you do a wrong movement.

For Dr. John Jaquish’s mother, she loved to garden. They told her, “No more gardening. You can’t do this. You’ll break your spine if you’re carrying too heavy of mulch.” Jaquish was like, “No way. My mom is going to do what she loves to do for the rest of her life and I’m going to help her be able to do that for even longer than what you’re saying that she can do it for.”

He basically looked at osteoporosis just as the simple definition that it is, which is the deconditioning of bones. He was like, “If you can decondition something, there must be a way to recondition it.” He started studying athletes who has the highest bone density, how are they achieving this? What are they doing? He found that gymnasts and professional body lifters are the ones who have the highest bone density.

With gymnasts in mind, they’re also one of the youngest retirees because they’re never in that controlled environment when they’re putting that much impact on their bones. He basically created a system that allows the average healthy adult to get the same benefits of a gymnast just without the risk of injury from the impact that they’re getting. He started this in the 2000s, made a few prototypes, and now it’s OsteoStrong.

His mom was the beneficiary.

Yeah. She went from having osteoporosis to having the bones of like a 35-year-old at the age of 80. She completely improved her bone density to a healthy state where she didn’t have to worry about anything anymore.

He actually did get to heal his mom.

Yeah, he did, and thousands of others in the process.

Did he originally just create one machine? I know it’s all four together in that sequence. Is there a secret sauce to that sequence as well?

His original machine was all-in-one. It was one big machine and it had each 1 of the 4 devices that we have now that make up OsteoStrong in one. It wasn’t really that user-friendly and it didn’t have like the biofeedback that OsteoStrong has now. Now it’s created into four different machines. We always start on the first one, which is the upper body than the lower body, the core. We always finish on the postural growth trigger. The sequence just allows your body to get warmed up in a specific way so that your spine knows what’s happening and what’s about to happen and the process of it. Did that answer your question?

OsteoStrong: Benefiting Athletes And Everyday People

Yeah, that makes sense. Obviously, this is really super helpful for people to have osteopenia or osteoporosis, but it’s also beneficial for everybody, right?

So many people, yeah.

You guys have Olympic athletes and other professional athletes using this to increase their bone density and muscle mass as well.

Absolutely. I’ve opened up five locations, the first two and we’re in Connecticut. In Connecticut, I had the honor and privilege of working with an American Ninja Warrior. He was training for the show at OsteoStrong on our closed days. It was super cool. Basically, your muscles will never get stronger than what your bones can carry. If they do, it’s not a natural process. That’s typically why athletes will start to get injured.

Your muscles will never get stronger than what your bones can carry. Share on X

In Connecticut, we worked with professional athletes like that. I also worked with a bunch of MMA fighters because we also had two in New York City. We had a lot of New York marathon runners training with us. They had a lot of knee joint problems by Mile 10 or whatever. Their knees were bothering them. One of my friends, we were able to sponsor him in the run and he was like, “This is the first time my knees haven’t hurt when I did this duration of a run in I can’t even tell you how long.” The spectrum of people, it really varies. Just really anyone. Everyone has bones.

Whoever has bones can be a beneficiary. It makes sense, though, that your muscles can only get so big because your bones have to support it.

It’s like having a house and you just keep putting stuff on the foundation and then one day, it would crumble if you didn’t fix the foundation before the outer layer.

Fully Alive: Unlocking the secrets to your healthier, happier, longer life - Zach Gurick | Mackenzie McMahon | OsteoStrong

This doesn’t replace other strength training, but it’s complimentary to it. I couldn’t just do OsteoStrong once a week and not do other strength. I would probably still see benefits in terms of gains from it but it’s not meant to replace strength training.

It’s really like a supplement for strength training if you’re on a specific journey. I wish that OsteoStrong gave you abs. I would be ripped right now. People who use OsteoStrong as a supplement to their strength training, they’ll notice their endurance is a lot better because it’s strengthening your muscles in an entirely different way. It’s focusing on the muscle cell.

Whereas at OsteoStrong, you’re only doing one rep. You’re holding that highest force and then you’re coming off of it. Whereas in the gym, it’s working more on the sarcoplasm in your muscle, which is like more of the size and the tone age of your muscle. It works hand in hand. It’s like it’s making the inner part of your muscle stronger so that you can put a stronger foundation on the outside of your muscle too.

If you’ve plateaued or something like that, then this would be a great path.

Yeah, exactly. That’s why a lot of Olympic athletes or even professional sports teams, they’ll use OsteoStrong so they can put on more muscle if they’ve hit a plateau. Your muscles will never get stronger than what your bones can carry. If your bones are getting stronger, you’ll be able to put on more muscle eventually.

If we think of this from a longevity lens, muscle is the primary organ that determines your longevity. I imagine that many of your clients maybe are in that demographic or category. What kind of benefits are you seeing there for people that are just trying to extend their health span or are maybe in their later years of life?

Fully Alive: Unlocking the secrets to your healthier, happier, longer life - Zach Gurick | Mackenzie McMahon | OsteoStrong

We have some clients that come to us and they’re like, “I haven’t played tennis in a while because I’m scared that I’ll trip or fall and I’m sore after this and I can’t do it again for another week.” We’ve had clients that completely stopped boating because their back was hurting them and they were able to get back on the boat.

They’re able to sail again and they haven’t even noticed their back pain hurting them at all. It’s like a hobby that they grew up with forever. Just because of a limitation on how their body’s feeling, they couldn’t do it anymore. That’s what fuels their purpose. It’s like their passion. It’s really cool to see clients be able to do what they love for so much longer because of what’s happening at all OsteoStrong.

You can start wherever you are, right?

Yeah.

You don’t have to be super healthy or fit in order to see amazing benefits from this.

Yeah, exactly. If you can fit on the machines, you’re, you’re able to do it.

Average Increase In Bone Density

It’s beneficial for everybody. What’s the average increase in bone density that you guys see across the board?

Bones are a little bit more complex than muscles, so it takes a little bit longer to strengthen them. Our most recent study was a nine-month study. I honestly don’t know the percentage of people that saw the improvement. I could look it up really quick. A majority of the individual saw an improvement in their spine bone density in the nine months of doing OsteoStrong and a stabilization in their hip bone.

Typically, we recommend waiting about eighteen months to get another bone scan to see an improvement. If they are with us for osteopenia or osteoporosis, basically everyone hits peak bone mass density at age 30. After 30, no matter who you are, everyone’s going to see a decline. When women hit menopause, that decline enhances a little bit because their hormones are getting all changed up.

We like to say in the first like six months to a year, you’re fighting against that natural decline that’s happening. First, we have to put an end to the decline curve. You’ll start to see an improvement usually in the next six months after, like after a year. Our newest study was on a nine-month basis and people saw improvements in their spine, which is really exciting.

The first six months or so, you’re slowing that decline and then you start to actually make those improvements happen.

Everyone’s so different. Everyone’s body is so different. We’ve had clients who have come in and purchased bone scan to just do it right when they started six months later. We’ve had people see improvements in just that six months when doing a baseline and then a follow-up within that duration of time. Yeah, it’s amazing how much, but I think on average, we’ve had people see 44% improvements in their spine and just about 18 or 13 months of OsteoStrong. That’s in women over the age of 75 who are able to really see an improvement in their bone density at that age.

That’s one of the biggest questions that I get. It’s, “I am my 70s. Everyone tells me that I’m already late to the party. I’m not able to regenerate my bones. I’m not able to get strong enough.” That’s not necessarily true. There’s so much information and technology out there these days that, like you said, like you’re a biohacker. There’s so much information and technology that can help you feel better in every aspect of your life now. At OsteoStrong, of course we have our core machines, but we also have the red-light therapy, the compression boots, the biocharger and everything. It’s like a one stop shop to regenerate your cells and your life.

There's so much information and technology that can help you feel better in every aspect of your life now. Share on X

I definitely want to talk about those things, too, because I think that’s amazing. Somebody could be really drastic in their current state in terms of their bone density. I’m thinking of like somebody maybe who’s older and has some osteoarthritis in their spine or has had some significant issues. They can still regenerate and make those gains. It’s never too late, essentially.

Absolutely. It’s never too late. One of my favorite things about how our machines work is that our clients are always in control. There’s no weight or force that’s ever pressed back onto them. It’s all about the force that they feel comfortable and that they are capable of producing in that time. If we do have a client that comes in and they’re very deconditioned, they haven’t been to the gym before, it’s just this never in their journey, their routine. Sometimes, people will start off with pushing 80 pounds of force, but over time they get to the threshold that they need to, which is 400, 500 pounds of force that they’re slowly being able to load onto their body. The more conditions you are, the more improvement that you have to see in my opinion.

Enhancing Well-Being With Other Modalities

Why don’t we talk about those additional modalities that you guys have to offer there because I did get to experience the red-light therapy, the biocharger, things like that. You guys have your own OsteoStrong red light therapy panel. It’s great.

Yeah. They were just newly invented. They’re very powerful. We just built the red light rooms. We’re very excited about them. What’s cool is our red lights have different programs. Based on what your goal is and what you’re trying to solve within you, there’s a program for it. Overall, there’s pain, metabolism, skin health, stem cells and wounds. Based on which program and what you’re trying to accomplish, we click that. It sends off a different intensity of the pulsating of the wavelengths of the red light and everything. It’s all generated in there specifically for whatever you’re trying to achieve.

That’s unique because most red lights are just that one frequency. Whereas these are programmable for different modalities.

You just turn them on normally. Now it’s like, “What are you trying to accomplish today?”

It’s just five minutes. Red light therapy is becoming more popularized, but can you break it down for us a little bit of how does that actually work at the cellular level?

Absolutely. What red light does is it stimulates the mitochondria within your cells. It enhances the natural collagen that our body is already producing. It’s very good for wrinkles, skin beauty. It’s good for skin cells, your hair growth, nail growth. It’s very beneficial if you have a scar. It could help dim the scar, skin rashes, anything like that.

There’s another side of collagen and what you would take it for as more of like a protein source. It’s also very good for your muscle cells and red light, out of all the light therapies, penetrates the body the deepest. It can actually fuel your muscle cells with more oxygen so that they’re able to perform better. With that, if you’re stiff or you have arthritis, it just fuels your body. It fuels your mitochondria with more energy, more oxygen so that it’s able to just allow your body to feel better in that regards.

Recover faster. Things like that too.

Exactly. We have clients that have more energy. The energy, inflammation. I’m obsessed with red light. I’ve been probably using it almost, if not every day, at least four times a week since COVID started. Since 2021. 2020 even. I’ve been using red light almost every day, whether it’s on a skin rash or my face or my nails. If I’m in pain from a workout, I’ll just put my red light on there and I feel so much better afterwards. It’s really cool. I love red light. I could go on and on.

That’s unique too that the red light therapy you can use daily. Whereas the OsteoStrong core equipment, you’re really only using once a week. That’s because it five days for those effects to take place. You really don’t want to use it more than once a week, correct?

Correct. Red light, you can do it. It’s not recommended to do it multiple times a day because you can overstimulate your cells. The OsteoStrong machine, so your bones are a little bit more complex than muscles, where muscles take about 36 hours to fully recover if you’re doing a high-intensity workout. Your bones take at least like 5 to 8 days to fully recover from the conditioning that you’re doing because you’re loading an absurd amount of force in a very safe and efficient way at OsteoStrong.

With that, even us working there, we are very cautious about what machines we demonstrate each week so that we don’t do it more than once a week as well. It takes a bit longer for your bones to recover. With that being said, you don’t feel any soreness afterwards. It’s not like if you break your bone you’re not like, “I feel it healing.” You don’t. That’s also why they call osteoporosis the silent killer, the silent disease, because you don’t feel anything. You don’t feel that your phones are getting brittle and porous. It just pops up if you get a bone scan.

Yeah, I know when I left there, I felt great. You have the main core OsteoStrong equipment, the red-light therapy, then you guys also offer like PEMF treatments through PEMF mats or the biocharger machine as well. Those are some other things that you guys are doing that help with circulation, recovery, all of those pieces. Maybe you tell us a little bit about more about the PEMF.

The PEMF mat, Pulse Electromagnetic Frequencies, was the first partnership that O OsteoStrong made. Are you familiar with grounding or earthing?

Yeah.

It mimics the effects that grounding or earthing would do for you. It oxygenates the blood cells, improved circulation, decreases inflammation, and it can repair damage connective tissue. The mat that we use is approved to help heal a broken bone. I like to say when I’m trying to explain in a simple way is that it’s like an espresso shot for your cells.

It brings oxygen and energy into your cells and allows them to just perform at a better way. We have trillions of cells in our bodies. The healthier they are, the more optimized they are, the better that we’ll feel and the better we’ll perform. Usually where oxygen is absent is where disease is present. All of our equipment helps oxygenate your body in a different way.

Healing Injuries With PEMF And Red Light Therapy

You were telling me about you personally about an injury on your ankle and so you utilizing the PEMF mat and the red-light therapy actually saw some dealing from that. What other kinds of things can be healed? Maybe tell us a little bit about your own journey with that.

When I was in college, I’d cut the bottom of my foot and that just broke out into this insane rash. For years, nobody has known what it is or what to do with it. I became gluten-free, I became dairy free. I’ve been on this whole nutrition journey because I truly believe that we have all the tools that we need to regenerate ourselves and heal ourselves from within. It’s just the journey of finding out what tools that is in, like how to appropriately do that. It was on one foot for about nine years. Years later, it started to occur on my other foot. I was like, “What is going on? I can’t catch a break.” On October 2024, it got so bad that I was in a boot. I couldn’t even walk on my foot. I couldn’t work out. I couldn’t do anything.

Was it the pain of the rash?

Yeah. It was so bad. My foot would be bleeding. It was terrible. I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy, honestly. It was really terrible. I started doing red light therapy and my PEMF mat that I have at home twice a day. I do it in the morning when I wake up with my coffee and then I do it at night when I’m just having tea when I’m going to bed. It used to take up 85% of my energy. If I’m having a conversation, I would’ve been thinking in the back of my mind like, “My foot hurts so bad, my foot’s so itchy, I don’t know what to do with myself right now.”

Now I don’t even think about it. It crosses my mind. Of course, I still do the red light and the PEMF, but I just do it out of routine now and because I just feel so much better when I do it. It’s weird. If you’d look at my feet, my friends are like, “Your feet look amazing. This is insane.” That’s just one thing of a skin rash that I had for nine years. Nobody knew what it was.

A lot of dermatologists would say it was psoriasis or eczema and they tried to give me a wild injection for it when they didn’t even know what it was. Here I am, I was able to heal it with some guidance from a few friends and coaches and now it’s good. We’ve also had clients who have come in with gigantic scars on their legs and they did the red-light therapy 4 to 5 times a week and their scar is basically gone now. It’s really amazing what it can do for you.

What if somebody had a surgery and things like that? I’m assuming it would speed up recovery. It’s like our sound person. He has his arm and a sling from rotator cuff. How would this have affected him if he could get some red light therapy and PEMF mat?

I like to call the PEMF mat and the red light therapy like an inflammation sandwich when you’re doing it together. It’s hitting it from every target in every area. For the PEMF mat for an injury like that, it renews damaged connective tissue so it could help repair just everything that they’re feeling with reducing the inflammation.

The PEMF mat oxygenates your blood cells. Envision you’re at Sports Authority and you are getting a soccer ball and you need to pump it up. You’re looking at it and it’s a little like fortune cookie look. It has no air in it. That’s what a lot of blood cells look like throughout the day because we’re not properly energizing them. When looking at blood cells under a microscope, after you do the PEMF mat for only eight minutes, it’s like a fully pumped up soccer ball.

The blood cells feel just so much more freely to roam around and they’re able to go to the places that your body needs the most to heal you. I think the PEMF mat is amazing. You don’t really feel anything on it, which is a little bizarre. People are always like, “Is this thing on?” When they first try it. The benefits of the PEMF mat is amazing.

That was OsteoStrong first partnership. I like to see it as during the osteogenic loading session, which is more of like the medical term that you would say for OsteoStrong, it’s stimulating cells in a physical level and then the PEMF mat’s pulsing oxygen into whatever everything that you did during your session. I always recommend the PEMF mat after this session.

OsteoStrong’s Nationwide Locations And Expansion

It enhances those benefits. It speeds it up, if you will. That’s amazing. I know you guys are location-based. You guys you’re here in Naples. We have one here in Fort Myers, but I know you’re all over the country too. How many locations are there of OsteoStrong now?

There are a little over 250 OsteoStrong centers. We’re in sixteen countries, which is pretty amazing. I know Tony Robbins partnered with OsteoStrong in 2017 or 2018. His goal was he just came across the equipment and was like, “This is amazing. Everyone needs to have access to this.” His mission was just to help bring OsteoStrong as a worldwide company so that not only the US can have the benefits of OsteoStrong but everyone cans. Yeah, there’s a bunch in Florida. I’ve opened the 5 locations, 2 in Connecticut, 2 in Manhattan, and then this location in Naples. They’re all over the place, which is amazing.

If somebody wants to utilize the benefits of OsteoStrong, they can easily find one probably near them, right?

Yeah, absolutely. You just go on Google or go to the OsteoStrong website, OsteoStrong.me, there’s a Location tab. You put in your zip code and then it’ll bring up any OsteoStrong that are within the area for you. What’s cool is once you’re a member of OsteoStrong, you get that personalized profile we are talking about. That’s all linked up to a key fob.

We have a lot of clients that travel everywhere. If you were in New York City or Peru, wherever your life is taking you that day, if there’s an A OsteoStrong in that location, you just have your key fob, it’ll remember all of the positions that we put you in and the machines, it’ll remember all of your results. You can always do a session wherever you are in the world, which is pretty cool.

Yeah, that is pretty nice. I know like my mother-in-law, I’m really hoping that she’ll come and take advantage because she has some osteoporosis. She takes medication but I feel like this would be such a much better option for or even conjunction with that. She goes back and forth between here and Seattle and so there’s a place there too so she could still do it.

We’re pretty good at sending any notes over that the other OsteoStrong center might need. All the owners are very close and talk every day. Everyone’s always in good hands no matter which OsteoStrong Center you go to.

Thank you so much for the amazing work that you guys are doing and change people’s lives and help regenerate a full life for people. I’m really hopeful that my own father will be able to take advantage of this as well. He has some osteoarthritis in his back and has had some significant issues and so some of my thoughts about this are filtered through his lens too of like could he regenerate some bone density there and get back to the things that he loves the most? It sounds like he can.

Yeah, he absolutely can. What I think I have the privilege of seeing is women who are in the same demographic as my mom and they’re like, “You don’t want to feel like this.” I feel extremely blessed to have access to the technology even at my age of 29 so it’s more of a preventative way of this doesn’t have to happen.

Here is a resource for you to prevent the back pain that you’re feeling, the stiffness that you’re feeling, any balance issues, any posture issues. OsteoStrong helps improve all of that. Balance is really one of the first benefits clients notice an improvement in, some even after their first session. Back pain. People come to us specifically for pain management. On our lower growth trigger, some clients have come to us to get strong enough for their knee replacement.

They canceled their knee replacement because they feel so much better. Their whole joint is just completely getting stronger. We have a client in Greenwich, Connecticut. She still goes to this day and she was the first member. I signed her up in October 2018. Her intention was just to do it for a few months. She had knee replacement. That was years ago and she still has not received the knee replacement surgery.

She had planned to get both replaced and then one knee felt better, the other one felt better. Still to this day, nothing, no surgery because she just feels so much better. It’s amazing how much more OsteoStrong is than just strengthening your bones. It’s the foundation of everything. Once you strengthen that part of your body, a lot of things just start to fall into place.

That’s amazing. Thank you for the great work that you’re doing and I know it’s impacting changing so many lives and so I hope that our readers will take advantage so they can go to OsteoStrong.me.

Yes. There’s a Location tab. There’s any information that you need to know on that website that where you can find one close to you or close to a loved one that you. Think about when you hear all these benefits that you can get.

That’s right. Great. Thank you so much for being on the show.

Absolutely. Thank you so much for having me. This has been so fun.

What an amazing episode with our friend Mackenzie. I’m so excited that OsteoStrong exists and that there is a way for us to, even in just a few minutes a week, increase our bone density, which thereby can increase our muscle mass, heal us of all kinds of diseases at the cellular level. I love the story about a woman who came in on a walker six months ago and now is standing strong. She’s restored to life.

She’s enjoying the things that she loves again and has no walker anymore. Being told that we can never walk again without a walker really takes life away, or even Mackenzie’s own story about the rash that she’s had on her feet for years and it hasn’t been healed and now there are modalities that can work at the cellular level to actually make a difference.

I’m really excited that this company exists and I hope that you’ll take advantage of it. You’ll look up one of their 250 locations around the country. I know there’s all kinds of people here in our community that will be excited about this and excited that there is an OsteoStrong location nearby so that they can get some of the benefits of this amazing groundbreaking technology.

As we said, it’s been called The Ultimate Biohack. I believe Dave Asprey actually gave it that title The Ultimate Biohack. Fifteen minutes a week is all it takes. It’s 4 machines for 5 minutes each. I’ve experienced myself, I walked out of there feeling amazing and I can’t wait to go back. I hope that you will too. Thanks a lot for reading.
