(Jan. 4, 2019) – Shell Point Retirement Community continues the Performing Arts program of its 2018-2019 Fine and Performing Arts Series with a performance by Memphis Motown Soul Experience, taking place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15 at The Village Church auditorium on The Island at Shell Point, 15100 Shell Point Blvd. in Fort Myers. An ensemble of today’s most talented performers, Memphis Motown Soul Experience presents the sounds and moves of a musical era full of pioneering artists, classic songs, smooth choreography and exciting stage shows.
During the Shell Point concert series performance, the audience will groove to Memphis Motown’s recreation of indelible, soulful hits by The Temptations, The Supremes, Etta James, The Four Tops, Smokey Robinson and other musical forces who helped to reframe American culture.
